Pamemporium: Terms and Conditions

The team at Pamemporium appreciates you as a customer. We value your relationship with our company and we know how important that is. We strive to hold the best customer service and provide the best quality in every hair product we have to offer. This contract is intended to provide you with guarantees and offer the highest level of protection, to honor how much we value you. We recommend that you read this agreement very carefully before agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

The terms of this Agreement provide both you, the Buyer, and Pamemporium, the Company, the basis for an ongoing and hopeful relationship. Together, we are the Parties to this Agreement. If there is any reason to think that either Party cannot abide by the terms of the following Agreement, we wish you well and dearly apologize to lose you.

IMPORTANT NOTE!

  • ALL PURCHASES OF HAIR PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE!

  • PAMEMPORIUM HAIR PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED, it will be repaired subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • FORFEITURE POLICY: Any item not picked up by the Buyer within ninety (90) days of the date notice is given that the item is ready for pickup will be forfeited and will become the property of Pamemporium. No refund will be offered.

  • PAMEMPORIUM will not agree to retain items for pickup indefinitely.

Introduction: Buyer agrees to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this agreement (“Agreement”) with respect to the goods, services, and information provided by and through your purchase of any Pamemporium item. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between the Company and the Buyer and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the goods, services, and information provided by the Company.

Acceptance: Buyer agrees to review this Agreement prior to purchasing any product. Purchase of a good or service shall be deemed acceptance of this Agreement and an understanding of the terms set forth herein.
